The 16th Danilo Re Memorial Meet was held on 20 to 23 January 2011. The first major event of the year for ALPARC and the Alpine protected areas was a great success. The Meet was organised by the Triglav National Park and ALPARC. Forty-four teams travelled to Slovenia to compete in different winter sports but also to enjoy the traditional international gathering of park wardens from across the Alps.
